Main Hall

The largest meeting space at Hardison House, the Main Hall has a capacity of up to 80 people but also works well for more intimate gatherings of 10-12 depending on what the event is or how the room is configured. When combined with the Shed and Fire Pit, the Main Hall can accommodate events as large as 250 people. The Main Hall is equipped with:
• full video-conferencing capability
• Sony UHD LED television
• AppleTV
• dry erase boards
• beverage and snack station

Boardroom

Designed to help you get stuff done, the Boardroom is an ideal space for a traditional meeting or a planning day (or even a private dinner). Well suited for 4-12 people, the Boardroom is equipped with:
• full video-conferencing capability
• dry erase boards
• beverages and light snacks
• on-site attendant
• cleaning included

Study

The most intimate space at Hardison House, the Study is a private space to have face-to-face conversation without the distraction of technology. The Study is designed for 2-4 people to have a more meaningful encounter but could also be a great space for some individual peace and quiet.

Shed and Fire Pit

Illuminated under the glow of industrial cafe string lights, this old maintenance outbuilding has been reimagined as an outdoor event space that can accommodate events as large as 170 people (or 250 when combined with The Main Hall). Equipped with a Sonos sound system, heaters, extra large fans, and an outdoor “kitchen” area, the Shed allows for multiple event configurations.

Parlour

Perhaps the most elevated space at Hardison House, the Parlour is an ideal space for up to 6 people to have a private meeting around its large round table or 2-3 people having relaxing conversation on the sofa.
The Parlour is equipped with:
• Sony UHD LED television
• AppleTV
• full video-conferencing capability
• beverage and snack station (via the Lounge)

Lounge

With hardwood floors, leather club chairs, television, and a fully stocked beverage center, The Lounge is the most always available space where Leadership Lab members can hang out, catch up, unwind, or watch a game.

The Leadership Lab Member Use Privileges

Hardison House is always open for Leadership Lab members. If a specific space has not been booked for a private meeting or event, Leadership Lab members are welcome to use it.

Please be mindful that being a host and being a guest are both sacred practices. Endeavor to treat them both with the respect, honor, and virtue they are due.

Member Use Covenants

1. Leave it better than you found it.
2. Help yourself, but don’t be a glutton.
3. Come Often. Come Early. Linger. Stay Late.
4. Phones kills relationships. (If you need to make a call, keep it short and quiet or take it outside.)
5. Friends and colleagues are always welcome. (But you are responsible for them.)
