Is Leadership Lab right for me?
It’s important to us that everyone who becomes a member of our community is in the right place at the right time.
Here is a checklist of questions to help you know if a Leadership Cohort is a good fit for you at this time.
Is joining a Leadership Lab Cohort this right for me?
- Do I consider myself successful?
- Do I recognize that leadership is lonely?
- Am I after more than happiness?
- Do I desire to grow personally and professionally?
- Have I benefited from individual therapy, professional coaching, or other leadership development programs (such as YPO, EO, Strategic Coach, and Vistage?)
Is now the right time for me to join a cohort?
- I am realizing how precious my time here is.
- I am available to set aside ½ day a month, ten times a year toward being the best version of myself.
- I can invest financial resources in my own personal and professional growth.
- I see how I could benefit from being part of a small, intentional community of like-minded peer leaders.
What change and growth would I like to see by participating in a cohort?
- I want to nurture my True Self so I can be a better leader, friend, spouse, and/or parent.
- I desire my life to be more meaningful and impactful.
- I want greater self awareness and clarity
- I want to be able to have more courageous conversations.

How often do we meet?
We meet one time each month for a half day during the week from 8am-12pm or 9am-1pm depending on your cohort.
How much does it cost?
$12,500 for Executive Leaders and Entertainment Executive Leaders. $6,250 for Emerging Leaders.
What happens if I have to miss?
Sometimes cohort members do have conflicts. We will miss you and look forward to seeing you the following time.
Where do we meet?
We meet in Nashville, TN. For Fall 2020 Cohorts, we will meet at the conveniently-located and spacious Hilton Hotel in Green Hills.
What is the difference between Executive Leaders and Emerging Leaders?
These groups are differentiated based on age, leadership role(s) and compensation level.
What is the plan for COVID-19? How are you working within the CDC’s advice for health and safety?
We take Covid seriously. We always meet in small groups (7-9 people) in large spaces and maintain adequate social distancing. We provide individual coffee and refreshments. If required, we will meet virtually.
How do the one v. one meetings work with my cohort leader?
Once you are officially signed up for the cohort, we will work with you and your cohort leader to calendar all meetings so they work for both of your schedules throughout the year.
